HeraVita Pty Ltd (“HeraVita”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is an Australian company conducting garment fit and body data research to inform the development of natural fibre activewear for women in midlife and beyond.

We are committed to protecting your personal information and handling it in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal information during the research phase of the HeraVita project.

HeraVita is conducting a voluntary body measurement research program which may include:

• 3D body scanning

Participation is entirely voluntary.

When you interact with our website or participate in the research, we may collect:

If you participate in a 3D body scan, we may collect:

We do not collect photographic images for marketing use as part of the scan.

Measurement data is used for garment development research only.

HeraVita engages Bodd Technologies Pty Ltd as a technology provider for 3D body scanning analytics.

In this arrangement:

• HeraVita is the data controller
• Bodd acts as a data processor
• Scan data is processed using a unique code
• Direct identifiers (name, email) are not required by Bodd for scan processing

Bodd may deidentify scan data for technical system improvement in accordance with its own privacy obligations.

Participants may also review Bodd’s Privacy Policy for further information about how scan analytics are handled.

Body measurement data and body composition data may constitute sensitive information under Australian law.

We collect sensitive information:

• With your express consent
• For the specific purpose of garment research
• On a voluntary basis

You may decline to provide optional information.

We use personal information to:

• Conduct garment fit research
• Analyse aggregated body data
• Develop sizing frameworks
• Contact you about participation

We do not sell personal information.

We do not use body measurement data for advertising profiling.
