How long

Allow around fifteen minutes for your appointment. The scan itself takes just three seconds.

What to wear

Fitted clothing. Leggings or fitted shorts with a crop top or sports bra work well. You will be asked to remove outer layers, shoes, jewellery, watches or other items before scanning.

You'll receive

Your HeraVita Body Profile™ and Fit Measurements, available in your private HeraVita account and yours to keep. You can also choose to receive your Wellness Snapshot™, with more than 37 women-specific body composition and wellness metrics.

Fit Survey

Your complimentary scan is offered as part of HeraVita's research, so we ask that you complete the HeraVita Fit Survey as part of your experience. The survey helps us understand what measurements alone can't tell us: how clothing fits, where it doesn't and what women would like clothing to do better. The $55 Fit Survey thank-you gift offered with paid baseline scans does not apply to complimentary scans.

Your privacy

Your individual scan data is private. Before we begin, we'll explain what information is collected, how it is held and what you are agreeing to. Research insights are developed using de-identified, aggregated data rather than your individual measurements or survey responses.
